• Reschedule and Refund Policy

If you need to reschedule your training session’s date and/or time, you can do so up to 48 hours from the session by emailing Michelle Pickett at [email protected] This is the only form of communication that will be acceptable without losing any class fees. All rescheduled training must be completed within 60 days of original date of class.

Any missed, rescheduled, or cancelled training sessions within 48 hours of the scheduled training session will result if a forfeit of your training fee and a new fee will need to be paid to complete the training. The only exception is if there is a level 2 or greater weather emergency in any county that you need to travel to attend.
